You are welcome into the apothecary for a heart opening breathwork experience, centered around connecting with Butterfly Blue Pea Flower. You will learn the medicinal qualities of this vivid blue flower, as well as practical ways to incorporate them into your life. We will also explore deeper gifts and lessons Butterfly Blue Pea has for us, such as grounding into the body, cultivating our dream space & releasing feelings of unworthiness. 

Breathwork meditation helps to move stagnation and emotions so that you are more receptive to your essence and the essence of the plants. By tasting and working with this plant before the meditation experience, you will have an opportunity to develop your own unique relationship with Butterfly Blue Pea Flower.
